These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lowqualityimagemaker.net and related pages (the “Service”) operated by LQ Maker (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LQ Maker provides free, browser-based image tools that intentionally reduce image quality for creative, meme, and similar purposes. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your content and responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the images you process and how you use the outputs.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to process the images you upload into the browser tool and that your use does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• You must not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

3. No account

The core tools do not require an account. If we later add optional accounts or paid features, additional terms may apply.

4. Intellectual property

The Service’s branding, design, text, and software (excluding your images) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the site for commercial resale or misrepresent affiliation with LQ Maker.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that outputs will meet your expectations or that the Service will be error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50.

7. Third-party services

The Service may use hosting, analytics (such as GA4 when enabled), and advertising partners. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or stop the Service at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
